    * Buys online business Greenline A/S, which offers electrical goods 
    * Purchase price consists of cash payment of 60 million Danish crowns ($9.03 million), 
purchase price adjustment with expected 2-3 million crowns as compensation for distribution of 
dividends for 2016 and two earn-out payments 
    * Variable payments (earn-out  payments) to be of up to 26.5 million crowns  
    * Acquisition will not have substantial effect on result before tax in 2016 
    * Result before tax outlook for 2016  is maintained
